As part of it's 400th anniversary celebration, a 1.5 mile long landscaped promenade was built along the St. Lawrence River in Québec City. It's a lovely space, filled with interesting architectural elements and sculptures - paths and picnic areas. But one of the more unique items there is this unusual fountain I stumbled on one morning. It's a "fog fountain". Take a look.
